Report abuse or trademark infringement
Version 2026-09-12
Reporting abuse, impersonation or trademark infringement
Every BPMN Central customer gets a subdomain of bpmncentral.com. If one of them is being used to impersonate you or
your organisation, to phish, to distribute malware, or in a way that infringes your rights, tell us and we will act.
We take this seriously for a practical reason as well as a principled one: a subdomain used for phishing puts the
whole bpmncentral.com domain at risk of being flagged by browsers and security vendors, which would harm every
other customer on it. Reports like yours protect them too.
How to report
Email abuse@bpmncentral.com, or use the contact page and choose Abuse / trademark complaint.
Include as much of this as you can:
- The exact address — the full
https://something.bpmncentral.com/...URL, not a description of it. - What is wrong — impersonation, phishing, malware, trademark infringement, spam, or something else.
- Evidence — screenshots, the email that linked to it, headers, the timestamp, anything that shows the behaviour. Content can change or be taken down between your report and our review, so capture it now.
- Your rights, if the complaint is about a trademark or an identity — who you are, which organisation you act for, the trademark registration number or another basis for the claim, and your authority to make it.
- How to reach you — an address we can reply from and to.
- A statement that the information you have given is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Reports may be made in English or Turkish.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement — we confirm receipt, normally within one business day.
- Review — we look at the address, the content and the account behind it.
- Action — where we find phishing, malware or an active attempt to deceive people, we suspend the instance immediately, without waiting for the customer to reply. For other complaints — a disputed brand name, a borderline case — we normally contact the account owner first and give them a chance to respond or fix it.
- Outcome — we tell you what we did. We will not share the customer's personal details with you; a court order or equivalent legal process is the route for that.
Our right to suspend, and to reclaim a subdomain, is set out in sections 7 and 8 of the Terms of Service.
What this page is not for
- Support for your own instance — use the contact page, from the account that owns the subscription.
- Ownership disputes between a company and a former employee or contractor. These are handled as ownership transfers under section 3 of the Terms and need evidence that you are entitled to the account. Where both sides claim it and the evidence is not clear, we will not decide between them — that requires an agreement between you or a binding legal decision.
- Content on a customer's instance that is simply not to your taste. We act on unlawful conduct, deception and infringement of rights, not on disagreement.
False reports
Reports made in bad faith — to take a competitor offline, to claim a subdomain, or to harass a customer — waste the time that real victims need. We keep a record of every report and the identity of the reporter, and we will decline to act on reports from a source that has abused this channel.
